Vicki Tait helped us with both a sale and a purchase. The original sale of our house fell through at the very last moment but FJ Lord were straight back on the case re-marketing in difficult times for selling property in London. We rapidly got another offer and both the sale and our original purchase were completed in quite a short period of time. Vicki was very professional and accessible and kept positive when we were feeling rather miserable. We were away on trips abroad on at least 2 occasions during the sales process and we felt confident that in our absence matters were being handled professionally by Vicki. Now settled into our new property, wed have no hesitation in recommending FJ Lord and Vicki in particular.

We have been so pleased with the time, care and attention we received from Vicki. Our sale would not have gone through if it wasn't for her working so closely with us as sellers and, this is something that I didn't think I would be feeling at the end of my sale. I recently bought a house that was being marketed by Felicity J Lord and was very happy with the service from Vicki and the team throughout the process; they responded quickly to my questions, were flexible and arranged multiple viewings; often at short notice and were very supportive, particularly around exchange and completion which could have become quite stressful without Vicki's help! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and my calls and emails were always responded to promptly, which hasn't always been my experience with other estate agents. I would definitely recommend buying through Felicity J Lord, a great experience throughout.

I thought I would take a moment out of my day to write to you as CEO of the group which Felicity J Lord Estate agent's is part, to offer my thanks regarding a member of your staff who has been most helpful. Most of my dealings have been with Sonny Rodgers from Felicity J Lord's Blackheath Village branch. I found Sonny to be very professional, listening to my needs; not always a given with estate agents and being accommodating with viewings. I appreciated being offered to be driven to viewings and even being dropped off near Greenwich on one occasion to make an appointment with a member of staff from your Greenwich office. Sonny was at all times on time, smartly presented, polite and helpful. He was always quick to reply to any of my questions and would offer me plenty of appropriate suggestions for viewings. He is a credit to your company and I shall have no hesitation in coming back to use your company again specifically because of the excellent level of service I have been given by Sonny. Whilst I may not have purchased with your company on this occasion, I feel that I will be back to your company in the future because of the professional treatment I have received. Buying and selling of property can happen many times in a person's lifetime, and I feel a future relationship has been built because of the great level of service I have been given by Sonny. We worked with Rachel on our recent flat purchase. She was very helpful and always available to answer questions. If she did not have the answer she would follow up. As you know I have been out viewing properties with a lot of your local competitors and was becoming quite disheartened with their lack of local knowledge and personality. You were a breath of fresh air and, it is hard to believe that you are still only a trainee, as you were by far the best local agent in my eyes.You were the only person who dared to challenge my thought process and show me something outside of the specific search criteria, this then resulted in me making an offer on that property. It is unfortunate that I decided to not move forward with that property, the reasons where beyond your control as you know. Vicki was responsive, courteous and professional throughout the sale. As buyers, we felt that she helped us get the best deal possible on the property rather than pushing up the price. At the same time, we are also in direct contact with the vendor, who I know is also happy with the price. Vicki has managed this relationship very well from the outset and made sure everyone is engaged with and committed to the process throughout. There was an issue partway through the process with another house in the chain falling through, but Vicki successfully kept everyone on board. Vicki has ensured the security of the purchase throughout. This has helped a great deal. Overall, in contrast with our experience with many other estate agents, we have been left with the impression that Felicity J. Im really glad that we chose Felicity J Lord. When the first 2 offers fell through and dropping a few thousand each time I was quite concerned that we would not get anywhere near what we were hoping for, but due to the great pictures and fantastic organisation Felicity J Lord found another buyer that topped our top price. I have to say that this was mainly due to Christine at the Blackheath branch.Christine has been an amazing agent, it was on her advice that the offer that our buyer made to secure the property was on the top end of the asking price. Christine has been very supportive throughout the whole sale and I honestly think without her organisation, support and determination the sale would have fallen through. I am hopefully completing tomorrow and I really do owe it to her as well as the rest of the team at Felicity J Lord. I felt I had to write to your company to say how incredibly thrilled we arewith Christine at Felicity J Lord. Our adored father and father-in-law sadly passed away in February this year. He and his late wife had lived in The Paragon since 1960 and loved his beautiful garden flat. Many years of wonderful visiting by our family. We walked down to the village during one of our visits since his passing afterdeciding we had to very sadly, sell the property. We'd heard some lovely things about Felicity Lord so we walked into the BlackheathVillage office and was met by a very charismatic and welcoming lady by the name of Christine. She was so helpful and just the sort of person we hoped could sell our property, but also had the compassion and patience to deal with us. Christine has been fantastic. Despite our many phone calls, and loads of questions, nothing was too much trouble. She always returned our calls and if she was not available, someone else tended to us straightaway, we have just exchanged contracts, and we are thrilled with the results.
