Justyna, Felicity J Lord was altogether more impressive than their competition in the area from the outset. Professional and punctual, the first agent I dealt with, Maria, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me very thorough information on their marketing methods, as well as arriving with information on similar properties in the area that they had already rented out. Maria also already had specific tenants in mind, which was very encouraging for me, especially being in a bit of a rush to get everything sorted out before moving abroad. The second agent I have dealt with, Justyna, has kept me updated on progress and really has acted as an agent for the tenants and me, rather than just raking in the cash as per the stereotype! Justyna seems to understand that having lived in the property I actually care about it, rather than just viewing it as a financial investment.I was looking for organised, professional managers to look after our tenants and our property and I really feel that I have found them at Felicity J Lord.

I purchased and rented out my property with Paula Weston of Felicity J Lord for 9 or 10 years. I am happy with the service I am receiving. Communication is through email or phone, the team and Paula are always willing to discuss the issue(s) with me. They are prompt at responding and advising me and always willing to provide assistance. Hence, I stay with this letting agency. The paperwork is always emailed or sent through the post. The team are always willing to assist with issues and helpful with suggestions for example, I had a problem with the freeholder regarding the insurance, one of team advised me and called the freeholder the problem was resolved. The offices are local and the knowledge of properties and location are paramount to me. I cannot thank Paula and the team enough for their hard work, dedication, knowledge, support and advise over the years.

The service I've received from Felicity J Lord has been impeccable. I've dealt with several estate agents previously who have never been so friendly and helpful. A regular downside to renting properties, is my age and several estate agents have been very rude and condescending when even enquiring about a property. Along with the friendliness of the team the communication levels have been way above par and I've not once felt like I didn't know what was happening. I would definitely recommend Felicity J Lord to anyone who is renting a property, specifically the Blackheath team, thank you for helping us find our lovely new home.

She has been organised and efficient and made us aware if relevant paperwork and processes as required. Following a bad experience with a lettings agency who overpromised and under-delivered, failing to get back to me, organise viewings or give any feedback, I rang round a number of lettings agencies and a made a series of appointments in a day. Felicity J Lord were my first appointment as they were immediately responsive, the lettings agent was polite, direct and realistic in her valuation of our property. She gave us a ball park figure, said she had some potential interested parties and that she could ring them and show them around that afternoon.After meeting several more lettings agents that day, I decided to instruct Felicity J Lord and they managed to line up three viewings on the same afternoon and one of their clients took the property and moved in the following week. Felicity J Lord achieved our asking price, our requirements such as non-furnished, no pets, someone who will look after a refurbished property and professionals. Their follow up customer care has been great, their fees reasonable and I have found them to be completely professional during the whole process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Maria, Jodie and the team have been great and supported us through this unlike the other lettings agents I was dealing with.

I have dealt with many estate agents over the past few years, I have never found anyone to be as helpful as Jodie.I have found dealing with her a pleasure, she has always been extremely polite, very thorough and very professional at all times of the marketing of my property. Jodie also replies to me very quickly answering any questions or queries I have had about tenants, or any other problems I have had.I feel she is a excellent ambassador to your company, and I will recommend her and your company in the future.
