If you are a landlord looking to let your property, or you’re keen to rent a property in the thriving area of Bow in East London, Felicity J Lord letting agents are here to help.
Felicity J Lord Lettings Bow is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.
Bow is popular with families, singles and students alike for its fantastic tube, bus, train and DLR links. It’s an easy journey to Canary Wharf (9 minutes), Bank (8 minutes) or even Oxford Circus (16 minutes) and CrossRail will soon make it simple – and fast – to reach West London and beyond.
There are all manner of attractions in this historic area too. Victoria Park has everything from open spaces and cafes, to community events. Regents Canal runs through the area, and Roman Road has its famous market, and there are bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants aplenty.
New-build developments abound – popular with investors, and couples and families looking to rent. Bow Quarter is the old Bryant & May match factory. Now converted into apartments, it has its own gym, restaurant and shop. The former mental hospital has been converted into apartments too.
So whether you’re looking to let your property or rent in Bow, Felicity J Lord Lettings is here to help.

It’s central and well connected too with DLR stops and Central, District, Hammersmith & City tube trains passing through Bromley-by-Bow.
Nearby Bethnal Green has Turkish baths, the wonderful Museum of Childhood and world-class boxing at York Hall. With the rising popularity of Stepney Green, Poplar, Mile End, Bromley-by-Bow, and the new development at Meath Gardens the area around Bow has never had it better.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but Felicity J Lord goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, Felicity J Lord partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
