Sophie, I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for work in helping both Megan and I in obtaining the above mentioned flat.Your diligence and professionalism were evident throughout and you remained entirely impartial to protect both the landlord and tenants, in my opinion. Without your involvement I have no doubt that we will still be firing shots back and forth with the landlord. It is important we have an agent whom is helping both parties and you certainly did more than you had too in order to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. I certainly will be recommending you to other friends and colleagues going forward. Although no doubt when my current tenancy comes to expiry in September I will be approaching you to help find my new home for my next adventure.

I recently moved to the UK from Germany and was searching for a property.Having seen many properties and met many agents I got in touch with Felicity J Lord and was introduced to Hannah and, to keep things simple, it was quite simply a great experience. Hannah was a very polite and an absolutely reliable contact for me, always there at any time.She behaved with complete professionalism and was always willing to go that extra mile.In the past I have lived several countries so that I can tell you that her service and behavior was, and is, exceptional.Whilst in London I have met round about eleven agents introducing their properties and Hannah was the only agent who created a pleasant atmosphere whilst selling the property in a reputable way.Moreover, Hannah took her time to provide a full client service package, always checking how I was or whether there was any change to my requirements. In addition to this she also solved my problem of a much needed parking space, especially as another agency who promised one had let me down. I really cannot thank Hannah enough.As an expat of Deutsche Bank I am in a regular contact with other colleagues all around the world as well as London and due to my experience. I will definitely recommend both Felicity J Lord and Hannah. Hannah also received great feedback from my new landlord; she is most definitely a credit to your company.

Dear Bobby, I can only say that the staff at Felicity J Lord are friendly, helpful and enthusiastic at all times. The team at the Bow branch is professional and knowledgeable. They kept in touch throughout the tenant search and make you feel they genuinely care. Always return calls and chase up on your behalf. I really cant recommend them enough, we were very happy with the service we received.

My name is Charlie, I've been living and working in East London for nearly 4 years and have never really found a place that I loved living in. I have been looking at rentals for the past month or so and found everywhere really discouraging and disappointing.After viewing a place through Felicity J Lord this evening, my friend James and I immediately put in an asking price offer. We were shown around by Hannah who was fantastic and also had the opportunity to speak with the current tenants. I can honestly say, I think the place would be perfect for us and I felt very much at home. Adrian, we were provided with prompt information and responses - both via email and the phone, you gave us all the necessary details we needed. Also, your professional, kind and informative character supported our quick and final decision about the renting. Felicity J Lord provided correct photos and details about the property on its website. Also, during viewings, we had the opportunity to talk with the current tenants, which we found really useful.We are really grateful for you as we could find the appropriate property in an exceptional short time. Furthermore, you were absolutely flexible regarding the date, time and location of our meetings. In addition to this, we could also submit the relevant documents through emails, which helped all four of us a lot during the application process. We have been fully convinced that we can trust Felicity J Lord. Also, Sophie, provided us the most up-to-date information about the application and referencing process so she helped us a lot to ease the stress of the time. Furthermore, she explained the whole procedure with full details.Our moving date was on a Sunday and the agency showed much flexibility with providing the keys and organising the check-in inventory. We would like to say thank you for organising the check-in as soon as we discussed that on the phone.All four of us have been entirely satisfied with the service we received.

I am currently looking for a flat in London and have been in contact with quite a few agencies. Today I had the pleasure to talk to your Gemma Bond, an excellent colleague of yours.
I know that people normally only write to complain but I thought it is time for a change. Gemma is a no-nonsense agent that knows what matters: finances. After being in contact with a dozen agencies, she was the first one who clearly explained what is demanded and was patient enough to explain and calculate everything for me.
No hidden costs, no false hopes and no wasted time for either side. This reflected very positively on your agency and I will recommend it to my friends. Even though I will not be able to use your team's services, it was very nice interacting with your team. Well done.
Finally some agency that is honest about all costs. It is a shame for the UK housing market that this is something special. But Gemma is outstanding. -
