Having a lettings and sales team all within the one branch could not have been more useful to the owner of a stunning riverside apartment in Odessa Street.  When their tenants moved out, they decided to have the property valued for letting it again but also to see what it could sell for.  Not only were the landlords pleased with the price we could achieve for the three bedroom apartment in New Caledonian Wharf, they were also delighted to learn we already had a potential buyer looking for a property in that area. 

The buyer had originally wanted a house, but when they listed their requirements, this penthouse apartment seemed perfect for them.  After just one viewing, the buyer made their first offer and the sale was negotiated for the full asking price.   The seller was really pleased to have the property sold so quickly and at the price they wanted.
