Canary Wharf Felicity J Lord (Lettings)

If you are a landlord looking to let your property, or you’re looking to rent a property in the bustling area of Canary Wharf, Felicity J Lord Letting Agents are here to help.

We are open for business but working safely from home during lockdown 2. We are still carrying out viewings and listings within the Covid safety guidelines. Contact us now from 8am-10pm for all of your property needs. We are protecting our NHS and those wonderful people that work in it.

Felicity J Lord Lettings Canary Wharf is part of the UK’s largest independent estate and lettings agents. Every year we help thousands of people to achieve their aims, whether they’re letting out a property, or keen to rent one.

Once one of the busiest docks in the world, today Canary Wharf is one of the busiest business districts in Europe. Home to a wealth of banks, professional service firms and media outlets, it’s an area that’s popular with single professionals, couples as well as families – as there are a number of good schools in the E14 area.

The area has great transport connections, with the DLR, the Jubilee Line, a host of buses and Thames Clippers (river buses). When the new CrossRail Elizabeth Line opens shortly, the area will enjoy even faster services into Central London as well as to Heathrow Airport and beyond – a superb ‘plus’ for landlords and tenants alike.

So whether you’re looking to let or rent in the area, the Felicity J Lord Lettings Canary Wharf team is here to help.

Government announces five-week cap on rental deposits- but Felicity J Lord goes one better. The government has recently confirmed that it will cut the maximum deposit for rentals of less than £50,000 to five weeks, down from six weeks. According to the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association, the reduction could force landlords out of the market. However, Felicity J Lord partnered with flatfair earlier this year to launch a solution which protects both tenants and landlords in equal measure.
