• I thought the service was fine. The photos were great, the advertising excellent. The basic mechanics of getting viewings booked in seemed to work smoothly and, as a buyer, it always amazed me how many agents struggled with it. Adam was great as things got difficult with the first buyer.It was a shame that the first buyer pulled out and it was subsequently extremely difficult to sell the flat post-brexit.

• Annie was particularly helpful when it came to us choosing our property. I viewed on a Tuesday evening, had an offer accepted the next morning and the paperwork sent over by Wednesday lunch time. • I am writing in respect of the service received from both Annie and Misha from your lettings team. Both Annie and Misha were involved in a trying to find new tenants for our property where the existing tenants were being allowed to leave their tenancy early.This in our opinion involved more than a normal letting as there was the added complication of having to coordinate at very short notice the moving out of the existing tenants to meet the required occupation date of the new occupants.This was achieved with much hard and exemplary work from both Annie and Misha to make sure all ran smoothly.We would have no hesitation in using your office for future lettings.

• Josh, overall a fantastic service, emails were sent and then a meeting was set up at the office, with my flatmate and I not being from London, Josh managed to show us around the flat with the one he picked being perfect for us, get all the contracts signed and sent off and approved before we left London that evening. During the time it took between moving in and signing the contracts, everything was pretty much sorted and went as smoothly as could be expected and now we are happily settled in.
