My husband and I had just arrived in the UK and were struggling to find a rental property. Fortunately, we saw an ad on Rightmove, posted by Felicity J Lord that connected us to Charlotte De Carli and the studio flat she was managing.Charlotte was friendly and clear about what we could expect and the steps we would need to take before we could move in. We felt confident in Charlotte as an agent, and felt comfortable in proceeding to rent the property.Charlotte and Danielle Whitten gave us a quick turnaround time with the preliminary procedures and we were able to move into our new home mere days after our initial viewing.We are happy in our new home and should it be necessary for us to find another property during our time in London, we would be happy to liaise with Charlotte and rent another property managed by Felicity J Lord.

I would highly recommend the team at Felicity J Lord in Clerkenwell, and Charlotte, who was my lettings negotiator. Having arrived in London from Australia with my husband a week prior, I needed to find an apartment which I could make a home to commence our lives here. Charlotte assisted in making this happen. Charlotte was very thorough in assessing our requirements, which included budget, location and specific amenities. Charlotte was able to show me a property almost immediately which met our criteria. She also assisted me with the application form, and explained the UK requirements which differed from Australia and gave me additional insight into the local area and the facilities accessible; she even recommended my gym to me! We have now been in our apartment for three weeks, and are very happy with everything. Thank you to Charlotte and the team at Felicity J Lord for making this move such a smooth transition.

I am extremely satisfied by the service provided by Felicity J Lord Lettings and would definitely recommend it as a partner to anybody who is relocating to, or within London.They helped us find the lovely flat we are living in; a very nice property, in a central area, at the right market price.Charlotte, of the Clerkenwell office, was amazing: in just a few minutes she got our property needs right; she managed to have us visit two good properties in that same day and she did the right thing, then: she phoned me at work, said she had the right one for us, set up a visit one hour later and, had us sign the tenancy agreements on the same evening. We moved in four days later. Six months on, we're still in love with our flat, thank you so much for everything.

Catherine was knowledgeable about the apartments that she showed me and very well prepared. I wasn't familiar with most procedures in the UK regarding apartments and she walked me through each step patiently. She was very responsive to my questions after the viewings and very fast in terms of turning around paperwork and references. I settled in my apartment within one week without any issues.Thank you once again.

Dear Charlotte, I would like to express my gratitude to both Felicity J. Lord, and to you particularly, for the great assistance given to help me to find a flat to rent for my stay in London. In spite of a small misunderstanding, which was resolved immediately, all the information and service I have received has been very helpful and completely useful in helping me find the flat I was looking for. Even when I experienced difficulties opening a bank account, they had no problem in signing the tenancy agreement for me to give to the bank to show I had a UK address. Catherine, Felicity J Lord helped me greatly in finding me a perfect place to stay after a last minute decision to move to London. I was able to move into my flat even quicker than I had envisaged - taking just 2 days for me to get my keys. This saved me a lot of hassle as if Felicity J lord had not acted so efficiently and quickly; I would have had no choice but to stay in short term accommodation until I found somewhere more permanent.

We wanted to note Mr. Gormatis unconditional commitment to provide an outstanding service for tenants. We had an issue today with the gas safety certification and his determination and ability to solve it went well beyond expected. He made sure the certificate would be issued immediately and even offered to, and in fact did, pick up the keys from our workplace. Thanks to him we can safely spend the night in our house without having faced any inconvenience.
