James was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our first home, from the first viewing through to completion, cannot recommend highly enough. Having tried several other estate agents around Greenwich and been disappointed with their performance, Felicity J Lord have been a breath of fresh air in their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. From the first moment we met them, they instilled a feeling of trust that they were knowledgeable of both Greenwich and our development (something other previous estate agents hadn't done!), they kept us up to date regularly and got us an offer on our place within a month. The contact throughout was excellent with Olivia calling us regularly to provide feedback and warning of viewings. We ultimately chose to decline the offer due to a change in personal circumstance. But again, the team of Martin, James and Alexander were very understanding and professional in dealing with this and we cannot thank them enough. Our only regret is that we did not use them previously when other sales had fallen through with other estate agents. I would strongly recommend using them over other local agents!

Martin was great to deal with in buying our house. Friendly and informative, he made sure we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. Helped to also manage a tricky chain and in the end, everything worked out great!

Having never sold anything before I didn't know what to expect and, even though my flat was in good condition and had no nasty surprises, there were hitches with the chain and, in the end, it took a lot longer to go through than I had anticipated. Having an estate agent team that was on the ball, chasing things up and supporting me through the whole process was completely invaluable. The process was super stressful; as the seller you don't really do anything, which can be very frustrating and, I behaved like a total nightmare at times, there were even tears, but the team at Felicity J Lord, Alex and Rebecca in particular, were always there to listen and literally could not have been more helpful. I really cannot recommend them enough!

Joe was my estate agent from the beginning of the process of buying my new flat. It was a very smooth and easy process and I found Joe really approachable. Being a first time buyer, I probably asked a lot of silly questions but he was always patient and friendly. I had spoken to a number of estate agents prior to selecting Felicity J Lord, I note in particular that easily the strongest sales tool used when Alex visited me in my home was the presentation of a physical list of current clients. Despite this being a fairly standard item for estate agents to be able to provide, few did, and it gave a tangible reason to choose Felicity J Lord over your competitors.The open-day format for viewings suited me perfectly, allowing the majority of viewings to be carried out on the same day with minimal disruption to the occupier. I believe this format is also a major contributor to the eventual bidding war between competing buyers, responsible for achieving the optimal price for the property. Other viewings were well communicated such that I could plan to vacate the property in good time, leaving it in a suitable state for viewing.You have personally provided a competent and informed point of contact between the buyers, their solicitors and myself, getting quickly in contact where required to ensure the sale progresses without a hitch.Towards the close of the sale, the accommodation of personal requests giving access to temporary tenants, taking meter readings etc; showed an above and beyond approach, which further facilitated a smooth sale process.

I would just like to say thank you for the excellent service that Felicity J. Lord gave to my husband and I on selling our flat recently. Alex Lawrence and Carina Solomon were totally professional on top of every stage of the move and anticipated every step of the way so that things were made extremely easy for us. Both Alex and Carina always responded instantly to any query or problem that arose and I had complete trust in them. Hari hi. As you know, we have now completed - I picked up the keys on Wednesday. I wanted to say that Kit and I were very impressed by the standard of Felicity J Lords service. We had plenty of problems related to issues raised by the surveyor, but I think that you and Alex did a remarkable job of keeping the transaction on course as we worked through the surveyors issues. I am sure that the sellers are equally pleased. We dont plan to be selling a house anytime soon, but when we do, we will certainly talk to you.
