We signed the contract and paid the appropriate amounts with incredibly short notice, but I was impressed with the professional attitude of the associates we worked with, and their kindness to help us with details which didn't fall under their remit. I really appreciated the speed and frequency of contact and that you emphasised your availability if I should need to contact you about anything. • I first contacted you about a year ago in order to assist me in finding an apartment. In the course of the two/ three weeks, my requirements shifted from a two bedroom to a single bed/ studio back to a two bedroom apartment. I remember one landlord was particularly difficult to deal with, and that you had spent two days after hours, trying to contact him and convince him about letting me stay in his apartment. Eventually, the landlord decided against renting the property, but you were quick to find me an alternative place to stay - and that place became my home for a year.
