Out of all the estate agents that we have come into contact with during our sale and purchase process, we have found the team at Felicity J Lord to be the most professional and most normal of all. I have been buying and selling houses now for 45 years, so I am used to the little ways of estate agents. Quite simply, you deal with us pleasantly, you phone us back when you say you will, you make things happen.
I cannot think of a single instance when you have not done exactly what you promised. Having met some of your colleagues, I suspect that FJL as a whole are efficient and have decent values. But even by the high standards of FJL, I would have to single you out. You have always stuck to your undertakings with us, my daughter and wife - who are a bit less property savvy than me - have found that you have always taken the time and trouble to explain what will happen next. That mix of attention to detail, coupled with a bit of 'hand-holding' is very unusual in your profession, particularly in London.
And the proof of the pudding is in the eating - we are back looking at another flat with you. Going back to FJL as a whole....nice office, easy parking....spirit of fun...nicely liveried vehicles. Hope this helps you to see why we like FJL in general and Guy Baldwin-Purry in particular -

Guy was really helpful in my quest to buy a flat at my ideal location - and showed me details of various other properties in the surrounding area which he thought might suit my criteria/budget. He kept in touch with me by email and phone throughout the arduous and often stressful task of house-hunting and informed me as soon as he knew of any properties imminently coming up for sale, thereby enabling me to view them asap
(Various other agents in N16 assured me they would keep me abreast in a similar way, but failed to do so). The negotiation process was swift and straightforward and I felt Guy subsequently kept the vendor informed and reassured when subsequent local council searches were somewhat slowing down the conveyancing process, prior to the successful completion of this transaction
Guy was pleasant and enthusiastic throughout and also assisted in recommending a solicitor to me, as well as informing me more generally about the local neighbourhood.
