I just wanted to write and say that I was working with your employee Thomas yesterday and, I literally never write these emails on service. However, I have never in 10 years of renting met such a charming, polite and affable helpful person, who is both pleasant yet very professional. As a manager myself, if my team were half as dependable as Thomas my life would be super easy.

I thought the service that you and the rest of the team offered was really great, and I'd definitely recommend you guys to our friends looking to rent.
