FJ Lord demonstrated that they understand the Wapping market extremely well, achieving a sale at the target price within a week, in what appears to have been a challenging market. Excellent support was provided before the sale, during the viewing period and throughout the conveyancing period by the friendly and knowledgeable team in the Wapping office. Highly recommended.

I feel I am well placed in proving a review for Felicity J Lord Wapping in selling my house and purchasing another; simply because the process has taken me a year and a half! Due partly in my finding the right property but significantly due to having vendors pull out of the sale or having tenants refusing to vacate another.Throughout the whole process, I've had continuous contact from Amy and her team, their professionalism and know how was outstanding. I cannot commend them highly enough their politeness and patience; I know I wasnt the easiest to deal with at times!I thoroughly recommend the Wapping team and would not hesitate to use them again in future. I'd like to pass my thanks again to Amy, Tony, Paige and Edward for all of their hard work.

Dear Amy and Tony, I would like to thank you for all your hard work over the past few months with the sale of my flat. From the first meeting; up until completion, I found you both a pleasure to deal with and always had time to take my calls. You both remained remarkably cool and calm when, to be honest I at times was not the easiest person to deal with and for that I am very thankful. Given the current market and my experience with a price reduction post Brexit it was good to hear that you were acting with my best interests at heart and during that time fighting my corner.I would like to wish you all the best for the future and would definitely recommend your company and especially both of you.

Amy provided an excellent service from initial consultation to completion. As we do not live in London we had to rely on Amy and her team to completely look after our flat during the sales process. This included attending to a burglar alarm that went off and letting in a gas engineer who required access to the flat. Most notably she arranged removal of the flat contents with the British Heart Foundation and when they left some items behind; with less than 24 hours till completion she took it upon herself to post the items on social media and stayed at the flat till all items were removed.This was greatly appreciated and we feel it was most definitely a case of going the extra mile and more on our behalf.As we lived so far away and unable to check up on our empty flat we were also extremely grateful to Craig who kept us regularly informed with weekly phone calls throughout the sales process, thank you.Overall we were so very pleased with the service we received from Amy and her team.

We have just recently bought a place and dealt with Amy and Tony who were both very dedicated and professional. There was a lot of pressure from the vendor but Amy and Tony handled it all so well and always kept us in the loop. I just wanted to say a big thanks for all their help.
