I have used the services of Felicity J Lord for many years to rent my flat. The service I received this time was exceptional. Tomas not only organised my new tenancy with great efficiency but also organised the refurbishment of my flat, including redecoration, new flooring and general maintenance, all completed in 3 days between tenancies. He couldnt have been more helpful or delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend him; he has done an amazing job!

I tasked Tomas with finding me a property around the Wapping area and he did not disappoint. He was able to take my initial, brief, information and provide two properties that hit the nail on the head. I was able to sign down on the second property immediately and bring my property search to a close in the swiftest possible fashion. But, Tomas didnt stop there. Hes positive outlook and continued proactive support through the process has meant I couldnt be more excited to move into the property. He was able to address any queries I had with a swift and professional approach, satisfying any minor concerns I had. Id definitely recommend Tomas and FJL to anyone and everyone. My and girlfriend and I were looking for a flat in London for a few weeks in September. We have a dog and finding a pet friendly flat was extremely hard in our desired location of East London. I had contacted about 50 agencies during a week and about 90% of them were not even willing to help to find a pet friendly flat because they said it was impossible in this location. Of those who agreed to help provided the options given were not satisfactory. The apartments were either beyond our price range or poor quality. However, I was lucky to find Felicity J Lord who had posted a flat located in Whitechapel which was relatively good price too. I called them hoping it was a pet friendly let but unfortunately not; Tomas who I was speaking to offered to help. He was extremely friendly and took all my details and requirements saying he would contact me back. Indeed, he was one of few agents who actually did contact me back. Tomas offered us another flat which was slightly higher than we could pay, but we arranged the viewing. Tomas then managed a reduction on price and we were very happy with that.Now we live in this very nice flat in an extremely good building, a fantastic location and with our dog, all thanks to Tomas and Felicity J Lord.

Cristina was helpful and professional when I was looking for a new flat. I explained to her what I was looking for and she came back with options that were exact and met my criteria.It was easy to arrange meetings with her to see different flats when I was available to do so; whether lunch time and after work. She also explained the details about the transaction clearly. In my opinion she is an excellent agent and I would definitely ask for her again for another flat if I need to.

My experience with Wapping Lettings F J Lord has been a pleasant one. Tomas the agent that was in charge of overseeing the process and contract was professional, approachable and organised. All my documentation, concerns and queries were dealt with efficiently and properly. Even though I was renting last minute everything was completed to my satisfaction in the short time frame I had. After having dealt with several unreliable estate agents working with Cristina was a pleasure. From the very beginning, Cristina was incredibly engaged, much more so than a few other agents we had considered. Tomas, with two consecutive years with Felicity J Lord the quality of service has been prompt, polite and to the point. Looking for an apartment in London with top end requirements during peak season is a painful task. As a working group of 3, it was even harder arranging viewings mostly off hours which Tomas happily agreed to. Truly a 5 star service.

I have had bad experiences with agencies in the past, and after a while I kind of lost the faith in them. This totally changed after we met Tomas; he was the right person we needed to make our move in both time and without trouble. Always giving 200% he was always willing to help us, before, during and after our move. So if you're looking for someone trustworthy that always promotes a good relationship between landlord and tenant, he is definitely the right man. I was very happy with your service indeed. You showed us three very nice properties and we ended up taking one of them. We are delighted with it. The whole process was fine. We just had some little issues with the referencing but we managed to solve it. Also, the negotiations with the landlord went very well. In general we felt it was a very good service.

I recently had a long term let property come back on the market which we had been managing directly. Having had a very positive experience with FJL on another property, we decided to offer FJL the opportunity to take on the long term let. We were immediately put at ease by David and Romualdas, who arranged the checkout of the existing tenants, produced a comprehensive review of the property, managed a significant refresh of the property, arranged new furniture and sourced new tenants. Their communication throughout has ben excellent and I cannot fault the service provided.

I had very particular requirements regarding a property which haart of Wapping completely understood. I was shown some very nice properties and they did not waste their or my time showing properties that only met part of the requirements

Having rented properties twice now from the team at F J Lord Wapping and each time I have been very impressed with the level of service that I have received. In particular Anett has been very helpful and proactive in finding the right property for me, especially given that this time around I had very little time to find a property to move into and that would fit my budget
