Located in one of the area's most sought after squares is this fabulous two double bedroom apartment arranged on the lower ground floor of a converted Georgian house. The flat is laterally arranged and boasts generous proportions and an abundance of natural light throughout as well as direct access to generous communal gardens to the rear. To the front of the property and facing the square, there is a charming reception room and two double bedrooms, both bedrooms benefit from built-in wardrobe space. These rooms also feature south facing windows providing lots of natural light benefiting from a bright and airy feel.

On the opposite side of the hallway, facing the garden is a spacious and modern kitchen and dining room and a contemporary bathroom which benefits from a bath tub and a separate shower. This wonderful property also has the added benefits of a separate storage room to the rear and vault storage at the front.

Myddelton Square, the largest square in Central London's Clerkenwell, is a residential public garden square in the Finsbury Conservation Area, with many trees of the 1820s to 1840s. The terraces were built to an exposed brickwork, Georgian style, with high-ceilinged ground and first-floor storeys. The square has St Mark's fronting the street on the west side of its garden.

All of the houses are Grade II listed, as is the church (protected and recognised in the initial, mainstream statutory category).

The square is named after Sir Hugh Myddelton (1560–1631), the founder of the New River Company, whose family sold the land on which it was built, drawing a profit by way of overseeing and granting building leases, meaning the upmarket builders shouldered the risk, when built up in later years.

Myddelton Square is one of Islington's finest garden squares, peaceful and secluded yet conveniently located to the many bars, shops and restaurants of Upper Street and Amwell Street as well as the vibrant Exmouth Market and the Sadlers Wells Theatre which are nearby.

Transport links can be found at Angel (Northern Line), Kings Cross (Circle, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Northern, Metropolitan and Victoria Lines) and St. Pancras International. There are many bus routes to the City and the West End. Myddelton Square is also located within the Central London Congestion Zone. In addition there are 3 santander cycle stations located within a few moments walk away.
